What we ask for, how we use it, and what to leave out of an initial request.
Direct contact and website requests.
Online request forms are not enabled in this version. No active forms collect your details or display an unverified submission confirmation. You can call us or send a message to Grow Up yourself. External services’ privacy policies apply when you use them.
If online requests are enabled, only necessary fields and contact consent will be shown. A success message will appear only after the connected system confirms receipt.
Consultation requests.
An initial request needs only your name, contact method, consultation type and preferred time. We do not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, medical history or sensitive family details. If the request system is enabled, these requests will be kept separate from sales and recruitment, with separate access permissions.
Service boundaries and measurement.
This website does not provide psychological diagnoses or confirm appointments before professional contact. Names, phone numbers, message content and consultation types are not sent to marketing tools. Analytics and advertising tools are not enabled in this version.
Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts. Payments take place through the Gumroad store. A purchase is not recorded as successful without confirmation from the payment system.
